Eric Brown

Eric Brown serves as the Executive Director of Seis Puentes, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering the Latino community of Central Arkansas through education, advocacy, and cultural engagement. A proud Mixed Mexican American, Eric draws strength from his roots in California’s Northern Central Valley and the Sonoran Desert of Tucson, where community, resilience, and culture have always been central. He brings experience in nonprofit strategy, grant development, and community partnerships, having worked with organizations such as Impact Tulsa and La Cana in Mexico City. Eric takes great pride in building bridges of opportunity for immigrant and Latino families and is committed to ensuring that Seis Puentes continues to provide inclusive, dignified, and transformative resources for the community.

Residente de Sherwood, Audrey Moore es originaria del pequeño pueblo de Malvern, Arkansas. Esposa y madre, Audrey disfruta pasar tiempo al aire libre con su familia: hacer caminatas, nadar y explorar los hermosos parques estatales de Arkansas.
Al principio de su carrera docente, Audrey tenía estudiantes ELL en su clase. Ella vio de primera mano cómo les costaba aprender el contenido y el idioma inglés simultáneamente. Esa experiencia la inspiró a obtener una certificación de ESL y su MSE en estudios de instrucción avanzados con énfasis en ESL de la Universidad Estatal de Henderson.

Evan Blake
Chairman of the Board
Evan Blake is a lifelong resident of North Little Rock and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Lakewood Property Owners Association, where he oversees daily operations and works to ensure the needs and satisfaction of the community’s members are met. He also serves as Chair of the Patrick Hayes Senior Center, reflecting his commitment to strengthening community resources and supporting residents across generations.
Evan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and brings valuable leadership and organizational experience to the Seis Puentes Board of Directors. A dedicated community member, he enjoys coaching youth soccer, spending time with his wife Erica and their two children, and supporting local community initiatives. As Chairman of the Board, Evan is committed to advancing the mission of Seis Puentes and supporting families throughout the North Little Rock community.

Legal Chair
Allison Allred is a native Arkansan and a private practice attorney and owner of Allred Law Firm, where she has been serving clients since 1997. With decades of legal experience, she brings a strong commitment to justice, fairness, and community advocacy.
Allison currently serves on the Arkansas Supreme Court Child Support Committee, contributing her expertise to policies that support families across the state. She is passionate about equity within the local community and enjoys cooking and spending time with friends. Allison brings valuable legal insight and a deep commitment to community service to the Seis Puentes Board of Directors.

Shara Brazear Hutchcraft
Board Member
Shara Hutchcraft is the Director of Communications for the City of North Little Rock. An alumnus of North Little Rock and longtime resident, Shara joined the Seis Puentes board in 2021. Before working for Mayor Hartwick, Shara taught math for five years and worked for 20 years as the Communications Specialist in the North Little Rock School District. She is passionate about workforce education and created the Arkansas Scholars Program in the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, which is still thriving today. Shara is married to John Hutchcraft, has two daughters, one granddaughter, and three grandsons. She enjoys spending time on the lake, riding with her husband on their Harley, and most of all, loving her grandbabies.

Ha estado en la banca por más de 10 años y ahora trabaja como prestamista de desarrollo comunitario.
Creo que al participar, nuestra comunidad puede prosperar financieramente, lograr la propiedad de vivienda y establecer un bienestar generacional para todos.

Lisbeth Bello
Board Member
Lisbeth Bello is a bilingual educator and community leader dedicated to expanding access to education and opportunity for diverse communities. She currently serves as a TRIO Talent Search Student Development Specialist at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, supporting first-generation and low-income students as they prepare for college and future careers. Lisbeth holds a master’s degree in Higher Adult Lifelong Education from Southern Arkansas University and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Rural & Diverse Educational Leadership. Through her work in higher education, ESL instruction, and community engagement, she is committed to empowering students and strengthening pathways to success.

Edna Isela Ramirez
Board Member
Edna Isela Ramirez is a longtime advocate for victims’ rights and immigrant communities in Arkansas. She currently serves as a Victim Advocate with the North Little Rock Police Department and a Health Promoter with Arkansas Human Development Corporation, helping connect families with critical resources and support. Edna also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Organization for Victim Advocacy (NOVA) and Women & Children First: The Center Against Family Violence. Through her work and community leadership, she is dedicated to empowering vulnerable populations and strengthening support systems for families across Central Arkansas.

Chris Shelton
Board Member
Chris Shelton is a banking professional with more than 20 years of experience in financial services. He currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Security Bank and previously held a leadership role as Vice President at Regions Bank.
Chris is also an active community leader, serving as Chair of the Education Committee for the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and previously chairing the Leadership Renaissance Committee, a program that helps prepare high school students for future leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and brings valuable financial and community insight to the Seis Puentes Board of Directors.
Chairman Emeritus
The title of Chairman Emeritus is an honorific designation bestowed upon a former board chair who has demonstrated extraordinary leadership, long-standing commitment, and lasting contributions to the mission of Seis Puentes. Individuals who hold this distinction have played a pivotal role in guiding the organization, strengthening its impact, and helping shape the vision that continues to move our work forward.
While no longer serving in an active governance role, a Chairman Emeritus remains a valued ambassador and trusted advisor to the organization. This designation reflects a deep and enduring relationship with Seis Puentes and recognizes the dedication, stewardship, and leadership that have helped build and sustain the community we serve.

William Hogg
A native Arkansan with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Will brings strong financial leadership and strategic insight to his work in the nonprofit sector. He has served as Vice Chair and Treasurer of Seis Puentes for over 12 years, helping guide the organization’s growth and sustainability. In 2015, he founded the Latino Art Project to elevate and celebrate Latino artists in Arkansas. Will also serves on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Arts Council (Governor-appointed), ACANSA Arts Festival of the South, and Ballet Arkansas.

Vincent Insalaco
Vincent Insalaco is a native Arkansan and a longtime leader in Arkansas’s civic, arts, and public service communities. He is the Co-Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Argenta Community Theater and Co-Founder and Chair of Butterfly Community Ministries, now known as Seis Puentes. Vincent previously served as Chairman of the Democratic Party of Arkansas from 2012 to 2017 and held the role of Assistant Secretary of State of Arkansas from 1980 to 1985. He is also the Founder and former CEO of Family Entertainment Superstores, Inc., which he led from 1984 to 2002.
